Anabell Gardoqui "Ana" de la Reguera (born April 8, 1977) is a Mexican actress who has starred in telenovelas, films and the HBO television series Eastbound & Down.
With beautiful eyes and a great talent Ana de la Reguera is one of the most prominent actresses in Mexico. Her beauty and quality as actress made Ana one of the best young talents in her country. Ana began her career with many TV series, but she is focusing her work in movies. De la Reguera has some other talents, for example she is an excellent professional dancer. Her work in movies includes: Dust to Dust (2000), A Beautiful Secret (2002), and Ladies' Night (2003). In A Beautiful Secret (2002), de la Reguera shares co-starring credit with Mexican actress and Oscar nominee, Katy Jurado.
